Your tasks as Marketing and Sales Support Intern involve, among others:

• Management of the Lufthansa eXperts portal (Registration, Deregistration, Modification of users) with or without a plaque in Mexico and CENAM
• Translation of spaneting material content
• Updating presentations
• Updating and creating flyers
• Sending and tracking invitations to events, courses, and training sessions
• Preparing necessary materials for events and Account Managers visits
• Plaque registration process for new agencies
• Manual operations (manual operations registration process)
• Sending giveaways and materials to events throughout the country
• Control and administration of courier services
• Warehouse (control, arrangement, inventory)
• Consumables (general stationery, toner, paper, pens, etc.)
• Archiving agreements

* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

• Currently studying a Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar
• Fluency in English & Spanish language required 
• Proactivity
• Responsibility
• Commitment
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Outlook
• Time management
• Hybrid model after 2 weeks
• Must possess a legal work permit in Mexico
