The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Industrial Security Specialist to join the team in Mesa, AZ
The Senior Industrial Security Specialist will work as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) that supports collateral programs within the company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintains and oversees activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, including security inquiries, compliance assessments and implementation security controls
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Develops education for cleared population
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience with Industrial Security
- 3+ years of experience with Industrial Security, Facilities Security, Personnel Security, and/or Intelligence in a cleared environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience with Industrial Security, Facilities Security, Personnel Security, and/or Intelligence in a cleared environment

Summary pay range: $96,900 - $131,100
