Programme Highlights

Our graduate training programmes offer Emirati graduates the opportunity to kickstart their careers with The Emirates Group. This unique position will give you the chance to represent different brands within The Emirates Group such as Commercial, Sky Cargo, dnata, and Airport Operations.

You will be The Groups Ambassador in our different destinations across the globe. Our programmes are tailormade to embrace and develop your talents and enhance your capabilities across different specialist areas. Our promise to you: As part of this programme youll get unique hands on experiences, access to leading training courses, relevant qualifications, and job rotations that will help you to develop the knowledge and skills required to establish a successful career with us.

18 Months of Comprehensive Training: This dynamic and unique programme offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the programme, rotating through the different outstation roles. Although there is no option to choose your location, this exciting overseas placement has the potential to extend up to 6 enriching years, where you will explore new cultures and experience a fulfilling and rewarding journey. During this time, you will gain invaluable hand son experience and build a versatile skillset. Your placement locations will be confirmed as per business needs. Hence, we are seeking individuals who possess the flexibility and will thrive in changing environments.

International Placements: Experience work assignments in various countries, broadening your horizons and deepening your understanding of global spanets.

Mentorship: Receive guidance from industry experts and senior leaders ensuring you reach your full potential.

Continuous Learning: Access to cutting-edge training, workshops and development programs throughout the duration of the program.

Who should apply?

UAE National: Valid UAE Passport & Family Book holders

Age: Up to 27 years old

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education from all majors

CGPA: 3.0 or higher (or equivalent)

English Fluency: IELTS score of 6.0 or TOFL 550 is required at the time of application

National Service: Completed or fully exempted

Recruitment Process and Timeline.

Emirates Group is committed to cultivating UAE National talent with a robust Emiratisation strategy that offers numerous growth and development pathways.

Your application journey begins by applying via the Emirates Careers website. Please ensure to submit a complete application and attach all required documents. Our Recruitment Team will then review your profile and if you meet the criteria for this programme youll be invited to attend an in-person group assessment at Emirates HQ.

Following the group assessment, if shortlisted, you will then be invited to complete psychometric tests and to attend an in-person interview/assessment with our hiring managers. If you are successful at this stage your recruiter will reach out to you with an offer, and then our Onboarding team will ensure a smooth transition to your new role at Emirates Group.

Note: Ministry of Higher Education attestation is required for certificates.
