Fuel Kiosk Officer
Reports To

Role Purpose
Perform and maintain records of daily fuel issuance for all ground support equipment in KLIA.
Key Accountability
Fuel Kiosk Officer is accountable for: -
- Record, collect and compile all fuel chits and perform data entry on daily basis.
- Check and record daily opening and closing dipstick and meter readings.
- Monitor serviceability of fuel dispensers and tankers and advise superior for immediate remedial actions if defect is detected.
Qualification & Experience
1.SPM with minimum 0-2 years working experience in any field or SPVM with MLVK Automotive Certificate (Basic) level.
2.Required to attend all regulatory and mandatory training as per AeroDarat Training Manual (TGM).
3.Required to have valid class “D” Malaysian Driving License.
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge in MS Office application and PC literate.
- Valid airfield driving permit
Key Challenges
- Record, collect and compile all fuel chits and perform data entry on daily basis.
- Check and record daily opening and closing dipstick and meter readings.
- Fuel operator must ensure that JPJ licence and MAHB driving permit are always valid.
- Monitor serviceability of fuel dispensers and tankers and advise superior for immediate remedial actions if defect is detected.
- Ensure that the fuel kiosk is properly always maintained and kept in clean and safe condition for the safety of personnel, equipment and environment. Keep good housekeeping in work area.
- Always maintain good discipline and punctuality.
7.T o perform acceptance and record dipstick readings before and after each fuel delivery by the fuel bowser.
- Report immediately to the superior any irregularity or discrepancy noted at the time of fuel delivery.
- Undertake other clerical duties in GSE Asset and Fuel Management Section as and when required.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
- Ensure high standard of quality, safety, security, health and environment always.
