Job Title: CNC Operator
Job DescriptionSet-up and operate all CNC machining equipment efficiently. Prepare and operate CNC Lathes and CNC Mills with minimal supervision, performing setups from simple to complex, changing tools such as inserts, drills, and mills, and executing programming edits while verifying changes through inspection methods. Generate CNC programs using CAM programming software, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of cutting feeds, speeds, and tool composition/application. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in all production areas, adhering to the 5 Ss methodology.
Responsibilities
- Set-up and operate CNC machines including CNC Lathes and Mills.
- Perform simple to complex setups and tool changes.
- Execute programming edits and verify changes through inspection methods.
- Generate CNC programs using CAM software.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment according to the 5 Ss.
- Ensure safe operations in all production areas.
Essential Skills- 0-2 years of experience for Level 1 CNC operators.
- 2-5 years of experience for Level 2 CNC operators.
- 5 or more years of experience for Level 3 CNC operators.
- Experience in writing CNC programs in a machining environment.
- Proficiency with CAD and CAM software.
- Ability to program using MasterCAM Software.
- Experience with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and blueprints in English.
- Proficient in basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.
- Aerospace experience is preferred.

Work Environment
We offer two shift options: (1) 2nd Shift from Monday to Thursday, 2 PM to 12:30 AM, with an alternative option for a 5-day workweek from Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 10:30 PM; (2) Weekend Shift from Friday to Sunday, 5 AM to 5:30 PM, consisting of three 12-hour workdays, paid as 40 hours per week. Our work environment emphasizes safety, efficiency, and cleanliness in all production areas.
