Join a leading independent provider of MRO services as a Station Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations at our SFO station. We are seeking an experienced leader to ensure safety, performance, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at the SFO station, overseeing a team of 18-20 people.
• Ensure compliance with safety, performance, and quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide top-tier service to customers.
• Maintain schedules and budgets effectively.

• Valid A&P License.
• Minimum of five years in a line maintenance leadership role.
• Solid technical understanding of commercial aircraft maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.

• Familiarity with commercial airlines and fractional operators.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with various aircraft, primarily B767 and others like A319, A320, A321, B737, B777 & E190.

Work Environment

Work outdoors in San Francisco, in a non-climate controlled environment. The weather is generally colder year-round. Morning shifts from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend shifts.

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
