Job Title: Station Manager
Job DescriptionJoin a leading independent provider of MRO services as a Station Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations at our SFO station. With over 30 years of industry excellence, our company continues to expand globally. We are seeking an experienced leader to ensure safety, performance, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations at the SFO station, overseeing a team of 18-20 people.
- Ensure compliance with safety, performance, and quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide top-tier service to customers.
- Maintain schedules and budgets effectively.
Essential Skills- Valid A&P License.
- Minimum of five years in a line maintenance leadership role.
- Solid technical understanding of commercial aircraft maintenance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Familiarity with commercial airlines and fractional operators.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with various aircraft, primarily B767 and others like A319, A320, A321, B737, B777 & E190.

Work Environment
Work outdoors in San Francisco, in a non-climate controlled environment. The weather is generally colder year-round. Morning shifts from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend shifts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
- Performance-based bonus eligibility (Sales and P&L-driven)
