Description:You will be the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor for the Production, Planning and Control organization. Our team is responsible for managing the internal Make Planning and Material Handling team within one of the production buildings on site.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating make‑planning activities, directing material‑handling operations, and ensuring production schedules are met while supporting a non‑standard work‑week.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the Make Planning team to develop daily production plans that align with customer demand.
- Oversee material handling processes to guarantee material availability and on‑time delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and operations partners to resolve bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in production, logistics, supply chain, or inventory control
• Experience with SAP or an MRP equivalent
• Demonstrated ability and experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face-to-face, virtually, email, Teams, etc.)
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and must have a final secret clearance prior to starting.
• **Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
