What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of FP&A reports and forecast packages, highlighting variances and critical financial insights
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, SIOP, and Accounting to align forecasts with business objectives
Support and coordinate the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes
Provide high-level financial analysis and recommendations for leadership decision-making
Perform in-depth ad hoc analyses in response to executive inquiries
Leverage advanced tools including SAP, OneStream, and Excel to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy
Translate complex data into actionable business strategies and clearly communicate financial narratives
What You Bring: Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 10+ years of relevant experience
OR an advanced degree with 7+ years of applicable experience
High-level proficiency with SAP and advanced financial systems
Expert-level Excel skills for developing and improving reporting tools
Proven experience developing and presenting financial forecasts, plans, and leadership reports
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with OneStream or similar enterprise performance management tools
Prior experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry

Pay Details: $94.38 per hour
