Draken Europe is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Business Development to lead our growth across the Middle East. This is a pivotal role, responsible for shaping and executing our regional strategy, capturing high-value opportunities, and building enduring relationships with government, military, and para-public clients.

• Lead business development efforts for opportunities up to 20M across the MENA region.
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies and winning proposals.
• Drive contract renewals and identify new revenue streams across our portfolio.
• Represent Draken at key defence and aviation events and air shows.
• Collaborate across global teams to deliver innovative, mission-critical solutions.
  
  

• A proven track record in sales and business development within the aviation or defence sectors.
• Deep understanding of government and military procurement in the Middle East.
• A previous UK military background would be an advantage
• Exceptional communication, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A collaborative leadership style that fosters inclusion, performance, and innovation.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the MENA region.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills
• Able to pass basic UK MOD Security clearances
