Role PurposeProvide support, coordination and monitoring of all projects and initiatives within MAB Ground Handling Services to meet the intended objective, quality, timeline and financial target.
Key AccountabilitySupport the project owner to plan, implement and manage project framework and monitor the project progress with diligence, to add value and advisory where possible, and to provide structured reporting mechanism to the management. Serves as the primary liaison between the PMO Manager and all project implementers and project owners.
Provide assistance in planning, implementation and review of status update meetings for key projects within AeroDarat.
Monitor progress of projects and reports to PMO Manager on progress and implement any required actions. Gather, investigate, research, analyze, and/or study information pertaining to organization-wide operations as delegated.
Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
Review, research, and give recommendation on new or revised strategies, operational plans, policies and processes as delegated.
Qualification & Experience- Degree in Business / Accounting / Project Management or relevant fields with 2 years experience, prior knowledge of the education and airline industry is an advantage
- Diploma in any relevant field with 4 years experience, prior knowledge of the education and airline industry is an advantage
Skills & Knowledge- Strong verbal communication with the ability to speak clearly and concisely, tailoring the language to suit the recipient.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems. Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner. Strong interpersonal skills, build credibility and rapport to effectively work with a wide range of individuals and stakeholder groups.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. Ability to multi-task and work in a changing and fast-paced environment is necessary. Able to perform job function with a minimum of daily supervision.
