Structural AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Structural Assemblers to join our team for a peak of work involving assembly on packages for the 330 fuselage and cockpit. This role is essential in ensuring the structural integrity and quality of aerospace components.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural assembly on fuselage and cockpit packages.
- Utilize structural tooling and plans effectively.
- Ensure adherence to aerospace assembly standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Essential Skills- 10 years of experience in aerospace structural assembly.
- 10 years of experience reading structural plans.
- 10 years of experience with aerospace structural tools such as rivet guns and torque wrenches.
- Prior experience working at Bombardier.
- Experience working with sealant and sealing chemicals.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience as a structural assembler at Bombardier.
- Experience doing structural work on A330.
- Training in BAPS 145-002, BAPS 150-002, BAPS 151-001, BAPS 151-010, and BAPS151-029.

Work Environment
The work environment is onsite at Bombardier, with a unionized workforce. Team size is to be determined. The dress code includes steel toe work boots, an Aerotek t-shirt, helmets (provided), and clean work pants. The initial two weeks involve day shifts for training, followed by a PM shift from 14:50 to 23:30.
