The Aircraft Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and functionality of airframe systems and components on various Learjet business jets. With limited supervision, you will assist with testing, adjusting, and repairing tasks related to the maintenance and repair of airframe systems. You will perform maintenance in a safe and clean work environment, adhering to manufacturers specifications, approved procedures, and customer specifications. You will also prepare and complete documentation in a timely manner, working specifically on business jets such as Bombardier, Falcons, and Textron models.

Responsibilities

• Assist with testing, adjusting, and repairing airframe systems and components.
• Perform maintenance tasks following approved procedures and specifications.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Prepare and complete documentation related to maintenance activities.

• A&P License
• Two years of relevant Aircraft/Business Jet maintenance experience
• Experience with GA or Commercial aircraft

• Experience with phase maintenance

Work Environment

You will work in a clean hangar with a flexible shift schedule. Training will occur on the first shift, and while overtime is limited, some availability exists. The work hours vary between different shifts: 1st Shift operates from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 2nd Shift runs from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM or 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM, and 3rd Shift and weekend shifts can be 3x12 or weekend shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
