As part of a motivated team, you will take on exciting responsibilities:
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects
- Analysis, design, and optimization of processes and structures
Technical Responsibilities:
- Ensure the airworthiness and technical condition of our aircraft and their systems
- Monitor modifications and system reliability across the fleet
- Represent Lufthansa Cargo (LCAG) to maintenance organizations, regulatory authorities (e.g., LBA), and auditors
- Act as a point of contact for operations/fleet representatives; potentially serve as a member of the Technical-Operational Control Board

Requirements
If the following describes you, we look forward to your application:
- You hold a university degree in engineering (preferably in aerospace) or an equivalent technical qualification
- You have relevant professional experience in aircraft manufacturing and development or in the airline industry, ideally in aircraft systems maintenance
- You possess knowledge of aviation regulations, particularly EASA Part CAMO (EU Reg. 1321-2014)
- You are proficient in modern IT systems and ideally familiar with AMOS Engineering applications
- You speak fluent German and technical English (at least C1 level)
- You have strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
- You are capable of understanding complex issues and presenting them effectively to support decision-making
- You demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a strong team spirit
