What are your contributions to the team?
- Evaluate part repair/overhaul quotations from suppliers for approval, and challenge them when warranty terms, pricing, or work scope do not align with Bombardier’s expectations.
- Input and update information across various SAP transactions and reporting tools with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support critical customer orders and ad-hoc in-service maintenance activities by expediting part reception from suppliers beyond contractual parameters (e.g., lead time).
- Solve moderately complex problems within your area of expertise.
- Prepare and present issues, findings, and solutions to management.
- Drive daily continuous improvement initiatives, including performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective action plans to address KPIs of increasing complexity.

- You hold a Bachelors degree in Operations or Business Management, or you hold a Technical College diploma in a related field, combined with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- You have 2–12 years of experience in a similar role.
- You thrive in a challenging and stimulating work environment.
- You possess strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- You can maintain strong relationships with suppliers and drive performance improvements.
- You have a competitive mindset and are committed to continuous improvement.
- You are skilled at multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
- You can read and interpret contract language.
- You are proficient with tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce.
- You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
