Engineering Business Transformation Engineer is to lead and deliver Technology projects that enable Engineering operations to deliver industry-leading performance.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the Engineering AI-powered transformation projects
- Overseeing and delivering all aspects of change management execution when
deploying new initiatives, to achieve a successful implementation - Providing the software and processes managed by the Transform Projects
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the projects - Identifying new opportunities to deploy new technologies, such as AI-powered
tools, to the business around Processes, Data and Software functions - Having a holistic view on the opportunities for development and enhancement of
ENG IT systems with values, benefits and rationale - Delivering a smooth Business-As-Usual (BAU) transition after the project has been
executed, encompassing user adoption, knowledge transfer, and ensuring
operational readiness - Establishing and communicating governance standards and strategic priorities to
guide project delivery, technology adoption and alignment with organisational
goals - Managing and prioritising the project portfolio to ensure resources are allocated
effectively, and initiatives deliver maximum business value
Requirements- Typically, 8 years of related experience in aircraft maintenance support and/or
engineering. Relevant experience in managing fleet programmes - Degree in Engineering / Aerospace discipline or Aircraft Maintenance or other
comparable qualification - Proven experience in supervising and managing projects and cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong leadership skills. Proven ability to manage across departments and Original
- Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
Strong in communication, influencing and negotiation skills

Proven ability to drive and manage multi-skilled teams
