What you will do
The Project Engineer is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Participate in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress, identifies and resolves obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules and ensure smooth project operations.
- Prepare and present status and technical content to IPT Level.
- Gathers data to monitor project progress in terms of cost, schedule, and technical specification to facilitate operations and ensure that established objectives and budgets are achieved.
- Supports engineering change execution and sustainment.
- Maintains plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s) to track progress and ensure established targets are met.
- Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation plan as needed.
- Responsible for project assignments with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
- Support military budget EVMS activities.
- English fluency (verbal/ written)
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
Preferred Qualifications:
- Theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree

Compression Systems Engineering is responsible for the design, development, and in service support of all fans low-pressure and high-pressure compressors for commercial and military engine models. CSE is responsible for the identification and maturation of new technologies for these products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
