PAY RATE: $35-47/hour

Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Secret eligible (not required to start).
Current Shift:
2nd Shift: Monday Thursday, 3:00 PM 1:00 AM.
Must be available for all shifts based on program needs.
Some weekend/Saturday shifts available for comp time.
1st Shift Schedule:
Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM.
Overtime: Limited overtime expected.

Summary:
Assemble, disassemble, modify, repair, and troubleshoot aerospace vehicle systems and components.
Perform maintenance, inspections, fabrication, and modification of integrated conventional weapons systems, electronic and electromechanical components, fire control systems, electro-environmental systems, and associated subassemblies.
Troubleshoot and repair systems both on and off aircraft equipment.
Remove/install weapons systems components, fire control systems, electro-environmental systems, bomb navigation systems, and related test equipment.
Perform pretest, operational, functional, electrical, mechanical, and final testing of systems and components.
Support configuration changes of weapons control, launch, release, and suspension systems based on mission requirements.
Perform explosive operations including loading, unloading, arming, and safing assigned conventional air munitions and pyrotechnics.
Conduct aircraft daily inspections, launch/recovery operations, and aircraft servicing.
Maintain work areas, tools, equipment, and maintenance documentation in accordance with established procedures.
Work on MH-139 Grey Wolf aircraft supporting a USAF reserve unit.
Work schedule may change between shifts based on program needs.
Requirements:
Secret clearance eligible (not required to start).
High School Diploma.
Military helicopter maintenance experience highly preferred.
Military aviation avionics experience.
Experience with helicopter daily inspections, launch/recovery operations, and aircraft servicing.
Experience with maintenance documentation, forms, and computer databases.
Experience using avionics-related tools and equipment.
Ability to work all shifts as required by program needs.
Must be able to work in all areas of the helicopter.
Must be able to lift/carry 40 lbs.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
U.S. Person required for export compliance.
Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
