PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our aviation client’s growing team. About the RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in fueling the company’s success by sourcing and screening candidates for high-level technical roles—including mechanical, electrical, and aerospace engineering positions. You’ll be on the front lines of recruitment, partnering with internal teams to support strategic hiring goals and ensure a positive candidate experience.
What You’ll DoProactively source, screen, and pre-qualify candidates aligned with technical role requirements
Conduct phone interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update accurate candidate records and communications in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to understand position needs and recommend top talent
Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates
Maintain a high level of professionalism and clear communication in all candidate interactions
Track recruiting activity metrics, manage deadlines, and stay organized in a high-volume environment
What You BringRequired:
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (ideally in technical or engineering fields)
Strong phone presence and excellent business communication skills
Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage a high volume of candidates and requisitions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills
Collaborative mindset and a passion for team success
Preferred:
Experience recruiting mechanical, electrical, and aerospace engineers
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
