As we evolve our digital platforms to better connect New Zealanders with each other and the world, we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join high-impact transformation programmes focused on elevating the airline’s customer experience.

About the role
Youll play a pivotal role in transformational initiatives. Modernising and integrating the platforms that power our digital and operational customer experiences. This involves delivering across complex, interdependent systems, and working across multiple business and technical domains.
You’ll bring clarity to ambiguity, develop actionable insight from discovery, and ensure every decision keeps the customer at the centre. You’ll partner with product, technology, digital, and operational teams to shape and drive change across our digital channels, APIs, and backend systems.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can navigate both macro-level design and micro-level delivery detail. Someone who’s confident engaging diverse stakeholders and who thrives in environments where systems, processes, and customer outcomes intersect.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You’ll help teams navigate change, manage complexity and deliver impactful outcomes. Youll clarify business needs, shape solutions iteratively, and ensure projects align with strategic goals and operational excellence.
This role suits a Senior Business Analyst with excellent core BA capabilities, comfortable guiding teams from ambiguity to clear, structured delivery through iterative discovery and collaboration.
