As Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting avionics operations, sales, and customer service while working closely with the Avionics Manager to achieve company goals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Relations & Sales Support
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive avionics sales.
- Identify sales opportunities, prepare proposals, and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain price lists and collaborate with AMTs to identify upselling opportunities.
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Prepare quotes, process approvals, and coordinate shipments.
- Assist in maintaining service manuals, bulletins, airworthiness directives, and aircraft specifications.
- Support inventory, tooling, and equipment management for hangar and ramp activities.
- FAA & Compliance Assistance
- Serve as a liaison between the company, clients, and the FAA.
- Assist with managing maintenance certificates and correspondence.
- Ensure technicians follow prescribed procedures in line with industry regulations.
- Marketing & Business Development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate on targeted marketing campaigns for avionics products and services.
- Work within budgets and provide financial reporting for the avionics department.
- Technician & Project Coordination
- Provide technicians with applicable procedures and operating guidelines.
- Assist in assigning technicians to tasks based on skill levels.
- Support planning and project management to meet customer timelines.
