Collins Aerospace is seeking to hire a PLM Enovia Administrator with Enovia and 3DExperience platform.  The candidate will play an active role in the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of our PLM system.  In this role, you will implement and configure Enovia modules according to business need, manage Enovia user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity, perform regular system maintenance activities and system upgrades, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for Enovia users.   

** This is a hybrid position based in Puerto Rico. Candidates must currently reside in Puerto Rico, as relocation assistance is not available. **

What YOU will do:

• Provide support for break/fix, enhancements, monitoring, trouble shooting for Enovia users 

• Deployments on-prem and Cloud.

• Regular patching and vulnerability management.

• Proactively monitor processes to identify trends, root cause analysis, and develop a plan to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring to ensure high service levels.

• Act as a primary point of contact with Enovia technical support and vendors as needed.

• Develop and maintain documentation including system configurations, user guides, and training materials.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Must be able to work weekends and after hours.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• ENOVA/3DExperience configuration of environments, installation, and administration.

• Working experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS and Azure

• Experience utilizing cloud web services to write integration code, in Python or Java.

• Integrating one or more CAD applications with 3D

• Hybrid role: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  The ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Solid understanding of Enovia and Teamcenter PLM Systems

• Experience working with Engineering BOM management and Change Management

• Experience in DevOps and/or Cloud Development 

• Strong domain knowledge of Enovia 20xx ecosystem 

• Good knowledge of 3DExperience architecture

• Experience in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, servlets, Java Script, JQuery, MySQL/Oracle db, HTML, XML, CSS

• Experience with serverless technologies in cloud environments

• Experience in Agile development methodologies

• Effective written communication and analytical skills
