Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to Manufacturing Engineering Department. 

• Type, copy, and distribute reports and memos. 

• Audit and facilitate maintenance of manufacturing work instructions (MWI), Standard Work, and PFMEA 

• Work with Engineers on editing and updating existing MWI, Standard Work, and PFMEAs 

• Work with Engineers on new product MWI, Standard Work, and PFMEAs  Document, organize, and maintain MWI, Standard Work, and PFMEA systems. 

• Assist in maintaining department and production IATF and ISO Quality requirements. 

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with creating Manufacturing work instructions preferred

• Experience with Standard Work preferred 

• Experience with audits preferred 

• Basic working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
